Ninety percent of our work and twenty five years of expertise goes into new build developments.

Our developments comprise individual homes which complement their local surroundings and use local materials in keeping with the area’s architectural features.

We look to add value to the local community not detract from it.

We choose sites which are well served by local amenities such as transport, schools and shops and some semi-rural sites for a more restful setting.

There are a number of options for the acquisition of land with outright purchase and joint venture agreements, so if you have a site you wish to develop we have funding available and would be happy to discuss them with you.
