Design and Build
While a lot of our work is in the acquisition of sites and new build of developments we do undertake a number of other construction projects for clients as main contractor.
Here we are employed by the client who has a site to build on. We design and build to the client’s brief.
In many cases we will submit the planning applications or amendments as necessary and work with the local planning department for the best possible outcome.

Case Study
We were contracted to design and build a small office development for a client. The scheme comprised a two-storey block of four and a single storey block of two office.
Planning was secured (when)
Work commenced (when) and completed in February 2019 ready for tenants to occupy in March.
