Build Contracts

While a lot of our work is in the acquisition of sites and new build of developments we do undertake a number of other construction projects for clients as main contractor.

Here we are employed by the client, designer or architect. We build to the specified designs and materials, liaising with the designer or architect’s clerk of works.
