Conversions

While a lot of our work is in the acquisition of sites and new build of developments we also undertake a number of other conversion projects for clients as a main contractor.

Here we have the expertise in converting redundant buildings or changing the use of an existing building.

We deal with planning, building control and any listed building consents required.

We specialise is the conversion of grade II listed buildings, working closely with the local authority conservation department, building control and if necessary deal with any planning permissions and consents.
