Refurbishment

While a lot of our work is in the acquisition of sites and new build of developments we do undertake a number of other construction projects for clients as main contractor.

Here we are often employed by the client directly to remodel an existing building to create a new use or layout. This may include a change of use from commercial to residential or vice versa.

We specialise is the refurbishment and conversion of grade II listed buildings, working closely with the local authority conservation department, building control and if necessary help with any planning permissions and consents
