Build Contracts
Park Hill Homes are able to offer a complete main contractor service to architects or directly to the client.
With planning permission secured and the provision of a full drawing and specification package we are able to use our expertise to realise the aspirations of the client.
We are able to offer a competitive main contractor package including a NHBC or LABC 10 year insurance cover. We are proud to hold the highest level of accreditation for NHBC and qualify for A1 status.
Design and Build
Here we are employed by the client who has a site to develop or building to convert and we will provide the complete design and build service. In many cases we will submit the planning applications or amendments as necessary and required by our clients and then work with the local planning department for the best possible outcome.
The advantages of design and build over a traditional form of build contract is that a client can take advantage of our extensive experience in designing homes that are cost effective to construct whilst providing luxury accommodation and finishes. Our aim is always to reduce budget costs whilst not compromising on the quality of finishes.
Conversion
Here we are employed by the client to build to an existing set of plans and specifications and we are contracted to build for them.
While many of our projects involve the acquisition and development of new builds site we also undertake conversion projects and in the past these have included the acquisition of many Grade II listed barn conversions and also joint venture projects with Farmers and owners of these redundant heritage buildings.
Refurbishment
We also offer a design and refurbishment service where clients can take advantage of our extensive building expertise to help them create the living environment of their dreams. Park Hill Homes can offer construction expertise across the built environment spectrum and whilst we are best well known for our new build and Grade II listed conversion expertise we have over the last 30 years built some notable commercial projects including offices, industrial units and even a design and build police station.

Park Hill Homes have been building high quality homes for thirty years. From individual properties to modest developments of up to twenty homes. We have been responsible for nearly forty schemes throughout Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and London.
A Building Heritage
The Park Hill Homes team are second generation developers, designers, crafts people and contractors. Its first developments were constructed in 1970s. The company’s current principal followed in his father’s footsteps at the age of 15 joining the business in 1980.
