New Build
Our developments comprise individual quality homes which compliment their local surroundings and use local materials in keeping with the area’s architectural features. We look to add value to the local community not detract from it.

We are always looking for potential new projects and can offer a number of options for acquisition of land such as, outright purchase with or without planning permission and joint venture agreements. If you have a site you wish to develop, we have funding available and would be happy to discuss how we might be able to help secure the maximum value for your property.
Conversions
While many of our projects involve the acquisition and development of new build sites we also undertake conversion projects and in the past these have included the acquisition of many Grade II listed barn conversions and joint venture projects with farmers and owners of these redundant heritage buildings.
Listed Building Specialists
Our past projects include some 30 individual listed and historic building conversions from alternative uses into new, unique homes. We are proud of our extensive experience in this regard both in terms of our success in securing planning approval for the conversions and the technical expertise we bring to the conversion process.
We are highly experienced in dealing with planning, building control and all listed building consents required for the successful conversion of redundant Grade II listed buildings. We work closely with the Local Authority Conservation Department, Building Control and guarantee providers to turn these heritage building assets into comfortable family homes for discerning home owners and thereby securing the long term viability of these important architectural heritage buildings.

Building Is Our Business
Park Hill Homes have been building high quality homes for thirty years. From individual properties to modest developments of up to twenty homes. We have been responsible for nearly forty schemes throughout Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and London.
A Building Heritage
The Park Hill Homes team are second generation developers, designers, crafts people and contractors. Its first developments were constructed in 1970s. The company’s current principal followed in his father’s footsteps at the age of 15 joining the business in 1980.

With each new site our design team ensure every new building is different but fits in with its surroundings and is sympathetic to the location. High quality materials are locally sourced and speciality craftspeople engaged for specific construction and detailing disciplines.
