Whilst we are happy to purchase sites with the benefit of full planning permission we believe our real value as an experienced developer is to enter into early discussions with the land owner to investigate how we can add value to your asset by offering imaginative solutions for design and planning applications.

One such project that benefited from our early input was Spinney Barn. Originally the land owner approached us to purchase an existing building with planning permission to convert it into a single storey home with a part mezzanine. We suggested however an innovative planning gain by proposing a half height basement be designed into the building adding over 30% of useable space to the building. We then entered into an overage agreement so that the land owner benefited from the increase in sales revenue that this design alteration brought about.

We have instant access to funding to acquire land or to finance joint venture projects due to our exemplary track record.  Our long standing relationships with banks and development funders is testament to our business ethics.
